Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm

Join anytime! This is an ongoing class.
This 45 minute class is focused on burning fat and increasing total body strength and core. During this class you will be working all muscle groups and workouts will vary from session to session. This is personal training in a small group setting. No more than 6 people in a session.

This 45 minute will work your cardio and strength systems and keep your body guessing!
Monday/Wednesday/Friday workouts will be total body strength and cardio geared to get and keep your muscles lean and burn excess fat.
Tuesday/Thursday will be our cardio lab day focused on efficient and fat blasting cardio.

This 45 minute class is geared to work your entire body! You do not have to be a member of the club! Tennis players love the strength training and agility work. Great for all fitness levels!
