Join anytime! This is an ongoing class.
This 45 minute class is focused on burning fat and increasing total body strength and core. During this class you will be working all muscle groups and workouts will vary from session to session. This is personal training in a small group setting. No more than 8 people in a session.

Not only will you blast fat and burn calories, but you’ll get personalized care from a coach and staff that cares. Rae Anne promises to work you from head to toe all while giving multiple fitness level options so that all women can be included. $120 for 12 sessions
This 45 minute class is geared to work your entire body! Great for all fitness levels! We will workout inside and outside. Minimal running is included. Only thing you need to bring is a mat or towel and a bottle of water.
