RAM Fitness For Women has moved from our humble beginnings in one location to multiple great locations all around the greater Greensboro area as well as our latest venture into the online space for coaching in fat loss exercise and nutrition at the brand new raeannemullins.com

Not to worry though, you can still catch one of my sessions in person as well!

FREE BOOT CAMP CLASS at lebauer park!

9:00am Saturday Mornings at the new LEBAUER Park in Downtown Greensboro. 

Everyone is welcome!  Come enjoy a 45 minute total body workout! 

Just show up and Rae Anne will provide all equipment and good times!


SMALL GROUP TRAINING AT PROEHLIFIC PARK

Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:30am & 9:00am

Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm

3 days/week is $159 per month

2 days/week is $139 per month

Join anytime! This is an ongoing class.

This 45 minute class is focused on burning fat and increasing total body strength and core.  During this class you will be working all muscle groups and workouts will vary from session to session.  This is personal training in a small group setting.  No more than 6 people in a session.

Come join Rae Anne Mullins, women’s fitness expert for her fitness camp starting September 12!  Rae Anne understands women are busy and need a quick, efficient and effective workout that fits into their schedule.  During this 45 minute workout, 3 days a week, you will work your entire body leading to a productive, energized and fat-burning day! 

Not only will you blast fat and burn calories, but you’ll get personalized care from a coach and staff that cares.  Rae Anne promises to work you from head to toe all while giving multiple fitness level options so that all women can be included.  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness guru, you will enjoy the fun and effective workouts!  Due to the personalized care, there is limited space in the camp, so hurry and sign up today!

This 45 minute class is geared to work your entire body!  You do not have to be a member of the club!  Tennis players love the strength training and agility work.  Great for all fitness levels!
