FREE Meditative Breathwork Session
Come experience a transformative breathwork session with Coach Rae Anne.Â
Breathwork is an opportunity to shut down your structured, busy mind and go inward to listen to your all-knowing and very intuitive body.Â
Expect to spend 45 minutes with me for the entire session. I will explain what the session will be like and then we will spend at least 30 minutes in active breath patterns.Â
You will leave feeling refreshed, full of clarity, and gratitude.Â
When joining the session, it is best to be in a quiet place where you can be lying down, feel safe and can allow yourself to let go.Â
Who Am I?
I am a dedicated fitness, nutrition, mindset, and habit coach, and now a breathwork facilitator, with a passion for helping people feel better from the inside out. Since entering the wellness industry at the age of 18, I have devoted my career to guiding individuals toward their health goals, whether it’s achieving weight loss, building mental and physical strength, or uncovering the root causes of their health ailments.
I offer personalized one-on-one coaching and lead transformative group sessions on nutrition, fitness, and breathwork. Additionally, I host wellness retreats around the world, providing immersive experiences for deeper healing and growth.
When I’m not coaching or hosting retreats, you can find me enjoying daily walks with my two dogs or spending quality time with my husband, Brian. As empty nesters, we cherish our adventures in the mountains, where we find peace and inspiration. Most recently I have gone back to school to earn my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.Â
What to Expect
Breathwork is not a "new age" or "weird" thing to do. We all have access to our breath, but most of us aren't using it to our advantage. I will help you completely relax your entire body and then guide you through breathing exercises. I play music for you to deepen your experience.Â
After the session, you are welcome to share about your personal experience in the session if you want!
Once you register, you will receive an email with more details and contraindications. Breathwork is safe for most everyone, but there are a few exceptions to be aware of.Â
