What you'll get:

  • 2 Yoga Sessions per month (2nd & 4th Friday of the month)
  • Monthly Learning Workshop. Topics include nutrition, menopause health, thyroid health, stress management, sleep, and manifestation and vision planning.
  • Plus an invitation to an Annual Society Weekend Retreat for members only! 

This is an ongoing membership. You will be charged monthly until you cancel. You will get the most enjoyment and results if you stick with the program for 3 or more months. Consistency is the key and this membership is here to keep you consistent, motivated and accountable.
